Pepper Dog is a mixed breed of tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and spices blended to a smooth consistency. It is made without vinegar or onions found in traditional salsas and contains no preservatives or additives. The only difference in the "flavors" is the heat - Pepper Dog is still the same ol' dog, no matter how much bite he has.

Pepper Dog  first wagged his tail shortly after we harvested our first crop of HOT peppers several years ago. He immediately made himself one of the family. We knew right away that he was special.  Pepper Dog was introduced to the rest of our family at our annual beach trip. He made such a big impression that he has been invited back every year. Since that time he has been invited to neighborhood barbecues and parties. In fact, Pepper Dog is becoming so popular that he is now invited to parties without us!

Pepper Dog is produced by a licensed manufacturer in North Carolina and is made from local products when in season.  Pepper Dog Salsa is a North Carolina original, but don't let that fool you:  this salsa has authentic flavor and is as good as any fresh-made restaurant salsa.
